Please limited the number of people accompanying you to our office to only the most necessary persons. We also ask that you practice social distancing by attempting to maintain a distance of 6 ft. from all others in the office.
If you, a family member, or someone with whom you have been in contact, has shown any symptoms consistent with this virus (such as fever, cough, sore throat, or congestion) or traveled out of the country in the past 30 days, we respectfully ask that you contact us via phone at 256-766-0503.
